At the point an instruction is placed the workflow is setup and data capture forms are automatically sent to the client(s) as well as documents to read and to sign. All are available via the app and portal
2. Correspond
Select letter-templates and merge them to produce and send case-related correspondence. Communicate directly with clients via the app and portal, or draft and send emails. Clients are always up-to-date via their workflow view
3. Lifecycle
Colour-coded status icons and lists show which items are pending. Real-time filters let you focus on high-risk deadlines. Use the Legal CM diary and workflows to make sure no case goes stale, and nothing is missed
4. Archive
Once a case is completed it goes into cold-storage and can be retrieved as needed. All logs, documents, emails, correspondence and the like are retained for compliance and future reference.
